James O. Conway

James Conway is a 1973 graduate of Marquette University, and a 1978 graduate of Marquette University Law School.  He has been associated with Olsen, Kloet, Gunderson & Conway since graduation from law school. 

James is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Sheboygan County Bar Association.  He has served as an instructor in the Lakeshore Technical College Paralegal Education Program, teaching courses in probate and business law.  He has also been a speaker at legal seminars on issues relating to tort and insurance law.

James' main area of practice now centers on civil litigation, representing plaintiffs and defendants with an emphasis on insurance law.  He has appeared in trial courts throughout eastern Wisconsin and has extensive experience in the Wisconsin Court of Appeals and Wisconsin Supreme Court.  He also serves as a neutral mediator and arbitrator in business and personal injury litigation.  Other areas of practice include small business organizations, estate planning and probate.
